Welcome to CarcaGay

CarcaGay has been created as a free service to inform, connect, and unite the Aude region’s LGBTQ+ community. The listings are based on contributions from the community and do not necessarily constitute a recommendation by CarcaGay. We have created CarcaGay as a public service to provide a directory of businesses and services owned, operated or friendly to the LGBTQ+ community without any cost to them. No party, including the organizers of this website, derives any financial benefit from this initiative, with the exception of the businesses or associations themselves.

Our commitment

CarcaGay will publish any legal business entity, organization or group wishing to be listed as gay or gay-friendly. Additions may be proposed by completing the form on each group’s page. Please contact us at bonjour@carcagay.fr for any questions.

CarcaGay will issue periodic updates via email to subscribers. Our mailing list will only be used to inform subscribers of new events and additions.

CarcaGay will operate in complete conformance to EU GDPR requirements and practices protecting the privacy of all subscribers. We will never share our mailing list with a third party or use the list for any other purpose.

CarcaGay will remain an independent service and accepts no advertisements.

Organizations listed as gay-friendly commit to welcoming members of the LGBTQ+ community without discrimination or hostile behavior. Should such behavior become an issue, the business or group will be removed from the website.

We encourage you to support these enterprises. The mere presence of this website will additionally afford our community opportunities to creatively develop special interest groups, clubs and discussion groups. Only legal activities will be posted. If you have an interest in initiating such activities, please propose your activity on the appropriate page. As CARCAGAY is a completely voluntary website without any financial transactions or motivation, anyone wishing to support the LGBTQ+ community in the Aude region may donate to Fondation Le Refuge in Carcassonne or any other organization of choice.
